A CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture and is a commitment between community members and the farm to help the farmer plan for the seasons accordingly. The community members receive their "farm share" per the farmer's scheduled delivery dates.
How would a CSA benefit a bee farm?
With the community members support, I would be able to purchase bee materials such as boxes, feeders, pallets, queen rearing materials, frames, honey equipment, bee feed, and flower seeds for the bees to feed on.
What would you receive?
You will receive four separate boxes for the year. Each box will be sent the week of either the Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Fall Equinox, and Winter Solstice packed full of bee goods relating to the season.
What is included in the seasonal boxes?
Some examples of goods included in seasonal boxes are beeswax candles, bee pollen, propolis products, herbal infused honey correlating to the seasons, and many more surprises!
If you are local to the Gallatin area, you are welcome to pick up your boxes from the honey house. If you decide this, please put in your order notes so your name doesn't go on the shipping list!
The four boxes for the year are valued at $360 and you pay just $300.
I am so excited to pack these boxes full of bee goods for you that correlate with each season!
